Summary:
- SpaceX's Falcon Heavy rocket is set to launch the NASA Europa Clipper mission to Jupiter's icy moon Europa in 2024.
- The Europa Clipper spacecraft will study Europa's subsurface ocean and potential for habitability, gathering data that could inform a future mission to land on and potentially explore the moon.
- The launch of Europa Clipper on the powerful Falcon Heavy will allow the spacecraft to reach Jupiter's orbit directly, rather than requiring a longer journey using a less powerful rocket.
